Higher Ed Day of Action in Albany - Feb 12 2019

Brooklyn College faculty joined nearly 60 CUNY professors and professional staff members for Higher Education Lobby Day 2019 with the PSC.  Our message?  CUNY's operating budget requires real investment, for our students, for our full-timers and staff members, and for our adjuncts working at near-poverty wages.  Legislators and their staff were eager to chop it up about the TAP gap, tuition freeze, restoration of opportunity programs for students, and the $7K demand.
