Co-sponsorship

The Brooklyn College PSC Executive Committee welcomes requests to endorse the statements or initiatives of other organizations and co-sponsor events on campus.  To receive consideration, requests should be submitted in writing to the Chapter Chair at least two weeks in advance of the event, initiative, or statement release.  The Executive Committee will consider the following:
·      The relevance of the event, initiative, or statement to the BC PSC chapter’s goals
·      The anticipated advantages and disadvantages to the BC PSC chapter of endorsement or co-sponsorship
·      The impact of any financial support associated with endorsement or sponsorship on the BC PSC chapter’s budget
An event, initiative, or statement that is endorsed or co-sponsored by the BC PSC chapter will be publicized on the chapter website: pscbc.blogspot.com.  Co-sponsorship of an event does not indicate concurrence with the views of all participants or the endorsement of the PSC as a whole.  BC PSC may request that union materials are available at events that it co-sponsors.
